Where can you stay in Belgrade for a few days to relax in the center close to the sights or for a long time? Consider a selection of excellent offers from the owners and not only, with good living conditions. We will find out the prices for rental housing, where it is cheapest to book places.

A visit to the capital of Serbia will be unforgettable for tourists, but only on one condition - they will live there in a good comfortable environment. It is quite difficult to choose a hotel properly and not be mistaken with the prices for accommodation there. But you can use ready-made recommendations from people who have already experienced these or those options.

Where to stay in Belgrade cheap?

Travelers will not be satisfied with the usual list of accommodation options. Always keenly interested in the cost of living. And the question of where to stay in Belgrade, while cutting costs, remains relevant for the mass of Russians in 2021.

  • The way out becomes Rooms Booking.

I liked the location in the main part of the city, densely saturated with trade and cultural infrastructure. Other guests in the reviews write about the quality of wi-fi, about massage, about the improvement of the rooms. I can also confirm these reviews - carpets everywhere, miniature bars installed and private bathrooms provided.

The old fortress is clearly visible from the windows. A park is located 0.2 km away, and the path to the local bohemian quarter, to the swimming pools and tennis courts will take 800 m. The transfer was provided quickly, although for additional money, there was no reason for disappointment. Double room will be provided for a week for 350 euros, non-refundable if canceled.

  • When figuring out where to live in Belgrade, you need to pay attention to Cricket 2 Hostel.

The administration of the hostel took care of free wi-fi, nearby (within 10 minutes walk) there is the main square of the city, the main theater of Serbia. A little further - the temple of St. Sava. Rooms are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning, some of them have a terrace.

We are impressed by the absence of smokers nearby and the reasonably built heating. Some guests focus on stable fast wifi, no requirement to show credit cards. A week of living in a hostel will require you to pay 164 euros for two.

Rental housing in the city center, prices

The need to rent an apartment in Belgrade in the center is understandable - the bulk of the sights and objects that are attractive for those arriving on vacation are concentrated here.

  • Hostel Museum Propido I liked it at first sight, even earlier - even when assessing its location.

Not far away was the Republic Square and the same bohemian quarter. Each guest can use free car parking and Wi-Fi services. I was offered a room with a seating area fully satisfying expectations. Other guests in the reviews approved the 24-hour front desk and the provision of free newspapers. The administration excludes overbooking and never cancels the provided reservation because of it.

The price for a double room is 150 euros per week. The fee is payable exclusively on site. For your information: this offer is unlikely to be suitable for long-term rental housing in Serbia, but for those staying for one or several days and intending to explore Belgrade, it will be difficult to find the best option.

Former visitors focus on the walking distance of the central districts of the city and the abundant saturation of nearby streets with catering establishments. It should be borne in mind that the hostel is conceived in an emphatically museum style, here they deliberately preserve vintage furniture and household items, decoration from past decades.

  • The alternative turns out to be Privilege Suites by Central Park, a member of the Booking.com Privileged Program.

The hotel occupies an advantageous location in the central part of Belgrade and provides its guests with air-conditioned rooms, free wi-fi, cable TV. I liked the bathroom fittings, the quality of the registration department and the additional services. Other tourists pay attention that from here it is easy to get to the already mentioned main attractions of the Serbian capital, as well as to the island of Ada Tsiganlija.

If you still have doubts about where to stay in Belgrade, it is useful to take into account that non-smoking rooms are provided here, parking is organized. Breakfast is served in a classic English or Irish style. The windows overlook the city as well as the nearby garden. The cost of living for two adults for a week is 450 euros; ordering a room for one guest, you will have to pay from 432 euros. Having settled in a double room of an improved category, you will have to pay at least 467 euros.

Cheap hotels in Belgrade center 3-4 stars

Some tourists decide to stay where the class of service will correspond to a certain level. Prices for hotels in Belgrade 3 stars allow you to fully satisfy this request and will not become a burden for those who came to Serbia.

  • An example of a good proposal is B&B Bohemian Garni - Skadarlija.

The hotel is conceived for service at the level of "bed and morning ration", there is a restaurant on site and a non-commercial Wi-Fi. Each room is supplemented with air conditioning, coffee machines and individual bathrooms. Check-in and check-out is carried out around the clock, there is no additional fee for using the safe, in addition, you can rent a car directly through the hotel staff.

In addition to the location, I liked the conditions for a healthy, full sleep, the lovely view of Belgrade from the windows. Weekly rental of a deluxe room (including VAT, but excluding city tax) means the payment of 407 euros. The standard check-in time is 13:00, and check-out is made from 10 am. An extra bed can be added to the room upon request. Accommodation with pets is allowed, an increased fee upon arrival with them is not charged.

  • Another 4-star destination for inexperienced tourists in Belgrade is Central Park Residence.

The hotel complex is located in a quiet area of the old part of the city, close to its main pedestrian area. The furnishings of the rooms met all wishes, as did the installed plumbing. Without unnecessary delays and without any problems, we provided a room with a safe and a miniature bar.

When BBQ accessories were needed, they were ready in the backyard of the hotel. It will not be difficult to get to the ship clubs in the river port and just on the Danube bank. Old reviews rate this hotel for its location, for the professionalism and friendliness of the employees, and for the maintenance of order and tranquility. Two adults can move in here for 387 euros per week.

What apartments in Belgrade to rent by the day?

There is a category of people who will be very interested in renting an apartment in Belgrade for a long time or for a short time. In these cases, the choice of apartments will satisfy even the most demanding taste.

  • Apartments Agape occupies a quiet, cozy place, 1000 meters from the park at the observatory.

Visitors will be offered studio-category rooms and suites, which are equipped with air conditioning, TVs and Internet access via wi-fi. Upon arrival, they settled in immediately, although it was already late. For a room with an area of 35 square meters, they will charge a fee of 131 euros; the staff speaks Russian.

  • Nora Apartments offers free Wi-Fi and equipped kitchen, bike rental at no extra charge.

There is also a patio and dining area, terrace and garden. We liked the fact that there is no need to show credit cards. At the same time, for 33 square meters for 7 days, you have to pay 175 euros.
